"Brayden with State Farm was AWESOME. First, he was really personable and friendly. Second, he got my rates cut by a THIRD, and that's with adding renters and roadside assistance. "Michael Gerber called me as a referral for a quote on changing insurance costs for auto and home owners insurance because I did not think I should have to pay less than the new year ‘s 2025-2026 quote of $3005. SF quoted closer to $2000. A no-brainer for the same coverage. After we talked, Michael even came to my 55+ Senior Living location to explain all the detail. I really appreciated the more personal attention and meeting Michael in person. He and I wrote out everything, and I gave home a check for the first month with SF for both policies. Michael then offered to help me with canceling the prior policies. I had trouble with cancelling the prior policies because I did not have the correct form(s). So I offered to go to Michael’s SF office. It took more than three hours to finalize everything but Michael and I did that with my phone from his office. I w be eighty years old in October of 2025 so Michael brought up tax saving for heirs if I would switch stock holdings of $50, 000 into a Single Premium Whole Life policy. That alone will save my heirs significant money, plus grow by $10,000 in the meantime. Now that service I didn’t expect. So I started that process with a joint call to that Division of SF and I am in the process of underwriting while SF checks with my Internist. I am a happy client, and figure meeting Michael was a blessing."
