"I was referred to Mike through a relative and the quotes he offered provided a significant discount over what I was paying for a previous home/auto bundle with another major insurer. It was a very comfortable experience going through the "hassle" of changing insurance plans after so long. The other staff there have also been helpful with insurance and claims issues with prompt responses and contacts. "I’m very grateful I got Justin from State Farm! To make a long story short, I found him by accident by filling out an online form to get an insurance quote. Luckily I got him, because he explained to me the difference types of insurance and what each does. I didn’t know the difference between what I had and what State Farm offered. He was patient and not pushy. He actually listened to what I was saying and asking instead of just trying to make a deal. (They did have the lowest rates, at least for me!). I decided that this is where I want to be, with someone who actually cares and listens. Nowadays, that’s hard to find! A week later he scheduled a meet and greet over the phone so he could really go through line by line and answer any questions that I had. Just awesome service! I am quite impressed so far! I will definitely recommend him and his agency to my friends and colleagues! 5 Star rating for sure!!!!"

"This is for Brayden, not Mike. Sorry, Mike, but this is Brayden's spotlight....Brayden was very cordial. Easy to talk to. At first, I thought he was just another "blow hard" that would bull---- his way. Not at all, true. He looked up several different policy possibilities- coming up with options that I could choose from. The life policy was a pretty great deal for me. Plus, he's in the Midwest, and that meant a lot- not from the left coast, for example. I was working a garage sale, and he was patient during the time when I couldn't talk. Not sure how much more you'd like to hear, but state farm is pretty lucky to have him. Mike, you should appreciate your "employee."
